Dental Office Open During COVID-19

Millbrook Village Dental office, located in Millbrook Ontario, is open for dental treatment during COVID, including deferred elective treatment, non urgent treatment and dental emergencies.

Our team is equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and our office is prepared with barriers and precautions required during this time. We are following public health guidelines provided by the Royal College Of Dental Surgeons Of Ontario (RCDSO) and the The College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO) to help keep our staff and patients healthy.

What To Expect At Your Dental Office During COVID-19

For safety, we ask all patients to observe the following.

  • No walk ins. You must call ahead to complete your pre -appointment screening by telephone.
  • Staff will then schedule your appointment.
  • Upon arrival, you will be screened again for temperature and pulse.
  • Upon arrival, you must be wearing your own mask, and keep it on until you are directed in to your protected treatment room. You will wear your mask again when leaving your treatment room.
  • To maintain physical distancing, if the waiting room is full, we may ask you to wait outside or in your car until space becomes available.
  • We request that you use the hand sanitizer provided both before and after your appointment, and wash your hands thoroughly when you return home.

Saturday: 9-2 on alternating weeks

 

Dental Appointment Changes During COVID-19

For the safety and protection of all our wonderful patients and team members, we are following all the important recommendations made by public health officials so that we can safely provide the dental care you need now.

  • Call before entering the building for your appointment- This way we can make sure the waiting area is clear
  • Patients age 9 and under can have one (1) parent or guardian attend their appointment with them.
  • We ask that you postpone your appointment if you experience any COVID-19 symptoms and the treatment is non-emergency. If you have a dental emergency and symptoms, our staff will assist you in arranging your appointment.
